In order to ensure that this target is achieved we will undertake regular customer satisfaction surveys.

a) Customer satisfaction survey to be circulated to a sample of SOF customer base in October 2004
b) Results to be analysed and appraised
c) System to be reviewed as required at the Quality meetings
